Tracking Orders



When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all relevant details. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after being placed, provided all checkout information, including ZIP/postal code, is complete and accurate.

The e-mail will include your shipment details, tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier's website. Please note that incomplete or incorrect ZIP codes may delay shipping until the correct information is provided.

All purchases are protected under Buyer Protection™, which ensures that your order is either delivered as described or you are refunded. You can review the full Buyer Protection™ terms in your account or on our support pages.

To track your order, click on the tracking number in the e-mail, or copy and paste it into the designated Shipping Provider’s tracking page. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
